Job summary

VIVA Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Marble Falls and surrounding areas.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available with Day and Night shifts. May include care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, BiPAP or IV needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift and Night Shift available

8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available
