Job summary

VIVA Pediatrics, a nurse-owned pediatric home health provider in Texas, seeks a skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) to deliver 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile children in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Care may include tracheostomy, ventilator, G‑tube, BiPAP, or IV needs.

We offer Day and Night shifts with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN openings available, with driving required for home visits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Collaborate with care team and family
• Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one-on‑one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Fort Worth, Bedford, Crowley, Keller, Arlington and surrounding areas.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

May include care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G‑tube needs, BiPAP or IV needs.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift and Night Shift available

8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available
