Job summary

• Document all patient care activities, responses to treatments, and any changes in condition accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and colleague interactions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
