Job summary

Cantex in Round Rock, Texas seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team and help deliver high-quality patient services. You will work closely with physicians and staff to ensure timely, compassionate care within established policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care services in line with standards and physician directions.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions, and document per policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and plan updates.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure patient care management systems are regularly in-serviced and integrated.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
