naEDUCATION:

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing

LICENSE:

• Current New York State licensure or permit.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Long Term Care and/or leadership experience

SKILLS:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
