Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ohio. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

The position requires BLS and ACLS certifications prior to first shift and at least two years of bedside experience. You will assess, educate, document, and collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
• ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift (CIRH ONLY).
• Minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Identify patient education needs and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record.
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.
• Assure personal and environmental safety while adhering to hospital policies.
• Engage in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain communication with management about service needs.
• Assume charge responsibilities as required.
• Focus on professional development through continuing education and self-study.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Schedule

This position is full-time, working 3x12 hour shifts during the day.
