Job summary

Imperial Healthcare is hiring an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. You will supervise staff, ensure resident care quality, and maintain clinical standards during 12-hour shifts.

We value compassionate leadership, timely clinical assessment, and clear communication with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. An active NJ RN or LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in New Jersey.
• Sub-acute experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous SNF supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility standards
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and care concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

We are looking for an experienced RN / LPN who thrives in a fast-paced SNF environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend operations.

Currently hiring forFull Time (12 hours shift):7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
