Job summary

Imperial Healthcare is seeking an experienced LPN to join our resident care team. You will provide nursing care, administer medications as prescribed, and monitor residents for changes in condition.

You will assist with care plans, documentation, and daily resident support, and supervise CNAs during daily operations while upholding infection control and safety standards. • Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• SNF experience preferred.
