Join our team at Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN Unit Manager. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $79k-$110k/year and focuses on delivering high-quality resident care.

As the Unit Manager, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure comprehensive person-centered care, guided by core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence. You'll lead clinical teams and engage in continuous improvement for optimal resident outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center or hospital required.

Responsabilidades

• Assume full responsibility for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to maintain high psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting to the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Assist in developing policies based on identified clinical needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams for resident-centered care and improvements.
