Springs Valley Meadows is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee the nursing care on the designated unit. The role requires an Indiana RN or LPN license and involves supervising licensed nurses and other staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

The Unit Manager aligns with our CARE values, ensures compliance with regulations, mentors staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support residents, families, and coworkers in a compassionate community.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
