Job summary

Springs Valley Meadows in Indiana is seeking a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to take responsibility for nursing care on the unit. You will supervise licensed nurses and other staff, ensuring care delivery aligns with C.A.R.E. values and regulatory standards.
