Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Florida to lead nursing staff and deliver high-quality care for residents. You will supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop policy to support patient-centered care.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to meet quality outcomes and foster teamwork. Candidate must hold a Florida RN or LPN license with at least 5 years of nursing experience and 1 year in a supervisory role; Long Term

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
