Job summary

Avant Rehabilitation & Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and oversee resident care. You will supervise, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for mentoring staff and coordinating with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Unit Manager Duties & Responsibilities
