Job description

Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a RN/LPN for our Unit Manager position!

New Wage scale for nurses $11,000 Sign on Bonus!

Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation is an 87 bed facility that supports short-term rehabilitation, long term care and a secure dementia unit with PAC certified independent trainers available on staff.

This position assists the Director of Nursing and ADON in day-to-day clinical operations, supervising direct care staff, participating in the facility IDT meetings, care conferences, and completing staff competencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • RN or LPN with current state license.
  • Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Organized and detailed in work performance with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
  • Comply with the Residents Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
  • Current BLS certification.
