Edgewood Health and Rehabilitation is an 87-bed facility supporting short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and a secure dementia unit with PAC-certified independent trainers available on staff.
This position assists the Director of Nursing and ADON in day-to-day clinical operations, supervises direct care staff, participates in facility IDT meetings, care conferences, and completes staff competencies.
