Job summary

Bethany-Center-For-Rehabilitation-and-Healing seeks a dedicated LPN or RN Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care team. This full-time role requires independent assessment and a passion for geriatric care.

Responsibilities include medication administration (IVs), vital signs, resident treatments, and education for residents and families. Must hold TN license and be able to work 7a–7p shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee LPN or RN license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Interest in geriatric care and functional activities.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated LPN or RN to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
