Our experienced staff of compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients. Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
