East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor for 3PM-11PM to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care. The role sits within the nursing administrative team, focusing on high-quality care and resident well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a Georgia RN license and relevant rehab/long-term care experience. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA.
• Rehab/short stay experience.
• Infection control/LTC experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and assess needs to provide high-quality care.
• Observe and interpret residents' symptoms and communicate with physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (BP, injections) and maintain patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.
