Job summary

Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents. The RN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer and evaluate care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

The role involves staffing support with the DON and Unit Manager, participation in interdisciplinary care plans, and active involvement in quality improvement initiatives. Shifts available: 11 pm-7 am. Competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in GA.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents.
• Assess resident needs and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and ensure care plan goals are met.
• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing and orientation.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings and track QM/QI data.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
