Job summary

Winter Garden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The role, part time for every other Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p (RN only) and full time 3p-11p, requires SNF experience and under the direction of the Director of Nursing supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN/LPN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification

• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
