Job summary

Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, lead nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and maintain regulatory compliance in a 196-bed facility in Virginia.

The role requires an active Virginia RN or LPN license, BLS certification, and 5+ years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills to guide and support team members.

Monday - Friday 11pm-7am

$90-100K/annually

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
