Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking an RN/LPN to support our Health Services team in Whitefish, MT. You will coordinate and manage assisted living resident care in line with state rules and standards of practice.

Develop strong relationships with residents and families and lead health service planning while ensuring compliance with regulations. Join a team dedicated to excellence in elder care and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license or active nursing license in good standing.
• Demonstrates compassion and love for seniors and residents.
• Organized and effective at tracking multiple deadlines.

• Strong computer skills for documentation and coordination.
• Experience in managing staff or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs RN delegation of nursing tasks.
• Assists with initial resident screening or delegates appropriately.
• Monitors physician orders and lab results; ensures correct implementation.
• Monitors charting and RN assessment needs; escalates when needed.
• Reviews consulting pharmacy reports and resident incidents.
• Advises health services staff on resident health issues.
• Assesses residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

The Springs at Whitefish is hiring an RN/LPN to support our health services department.

Together, our Health Services team coordinates and manages assisted living resident care services in accordance with state Administrative Rules and community-based care requirements in alignment with State Board of Nursing standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities related to RN delegation of nursing tasks
• Assists with the initial screening of residents or delegates appropriately
• Monitors physician orders/laboratory results and assures correct implementation
• Monitors alert charting, especially to ensure appropriate employee response to issues and to determine the need for an RN assessment
• Monitors and addresses consulting pharmacy reports
• Monitors resident incident reports
• Advises health services employees concerning resident health issues
• Assesses residents as necessary, addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual issues
• Assists in the development of service plans, assuring health service issues, as well as other service issues that potentially impact upon health, are effectively addressed
• Attends service plan meetings as necessary
• Assures compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to health services
• Performs all new resident assessments
