Job summary

Springs Living, LLC is hiring a Caregiver / CNA for The Springs at Whitefish in Whitefish, MT. This role offers a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.

to 6:00 a.m. You will support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. The Springs Living emphasizes a team-oriented culture, opportunities for growth, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Support meal service and light housekeeping.
• Collaborate with care team to meet resident needs.
• Observe changes and communicate updates to the care team.

This is a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule. Available shifts are 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.

What you'll do:

As a Caregiver or CNA, you’ll help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate daily support. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility support, and personal care
• Providing companionship, encouragement, patience, and emotional support
• Responding promptly to resident calls for assistance
• Supporting meal service and light housekeeping tasks
• Working collaboratively with caregivers, med techs, nursing staff, and other departments to meet resident needs
• Observing changes and communicating resident updates with the care team
