Job summary

Lions Gate is seeking a compassionate LPN for part-time evening shifts in a warm, resident-focused community. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and document per care plans to support seniors and families.

Requirements include NJ LPN license, CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid, plus at least 1 year in long-term care or assisted living. Join a dedicated team committed to dignity and quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN with NJ license required.
• CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid certification.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with electronic charting and computer skills.
• Able to meet physical job demands and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with residents’ care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in condition.

• Respond confidently to emergencies and urgent situations.
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
• Maintain complete, compliant documentation.

EOW - Every Other Weekend - 3pm-11:30pm

Part-Time — Every other weekend, plus 1 shift per week - 11pm - 7:30am (16 hours per week)
