Advena Living of Clearwater is seeking an RN or LPN to join a dedicated nursing team in Wichita, Kansas. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, perform a wide range of clinical tasks, and collaborate with teammates who support one another to ensure excellent care.

You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, document accurately, and mentor CNAs while upholding policies and a resident-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow policies.
• Foster a respectful, resident-centered environment.
