Advena Living of Clearwater is seeking an RN or LPN in Wichita, KS to provide direct nursing care per resident care plans and support a resident-centered environment. You will assess residents, administer medications, and document care while collaborating with a compassionate team.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication, with requirements for Kansas nursing licensure and the ability to handle physical tasks as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.
