Job summary

Advena Living of Cherryvale is seeking an RN or LPN to join our dedicated nursing team in Kansas. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, perform a wide range of clinical skills, and collaborate with teammates who support one another to ensure excellent care.

You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, supervise CNAs, document accurately, and maintain a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.
