Job summary

Advena Living of Bonner Springs is seeking an RN or LPN to join our dedicated nursing team. You will care for residents, build relationships, and work with colleagues who support one another to ensure excellent care.

In this full-time on-site role in Bonner Springs, you will conduct assessments, administer medications, document care, and mentor CNAs while upholding facility policies and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.
