Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Mattawan is seeking a PRN RN/LPN to provide skilled nursing care within Bronson Commons under supervision and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinating with the care team to support timely discharges.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Michigan, a nursing degree (AD/ Diploma/ BSN), and are comfortable with on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret data.
• On-call and rotating shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage care delivery for patients to achieve quality outcomes and timely discharge.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, diagnosing, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policies and nursing techniques.
• Develop and implement patient education plans and document responses to care.
