A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will supervise nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain high-quality resident care while coordinating admissions and transfers.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ASN).
• Licensed to practice in Alabama.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Ventilator unit/ICU or Special Care experience preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing education and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing staff performance.
• Ensures care policies and procedures are followed.
• Carries out disciplinary actions per policies.
• Completes admissions, discharges, and transfers documentation.
• Monitors lab schedules and results.
• Reviews 24-hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.

NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a RN / LPN to join our team. Nursing responsibilities include overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Participates in continuing education so that he/she has knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing and maintains current licensure requirements.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred Ventilator Unit/Critical care/Special Care experience.
