Job summary

NHC HealthCare Moulton is seeking an RN/LPN to join our team. Nursing responsibilities include overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license in Alabama, CPR certification, and preferably ICU/ventilator unit experience. A BSN or ASN is preferred. This position offers a competitive compensation package and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice in Alabama.
• Maintains CPR certification; participates in continuing education to stay current.
• Ventilator unit/ICU or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing staff performance.
• Monitors care to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in policies.
• Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
• Monitors resident lab schedules and results.
• Reviews 24-hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.

NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a RN / LPN to join our team. Nursing responsibilities include to oversee staffing, admissions, discharges, education, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Health- Ability to meet performance requirements. Education and Training:

• Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Participates in continuing education so that he/she has knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing and maintains current licensure requirements.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred Ventilator Unit/Critical care/Special Care experience.
