Location: Moulton, AL 35650, USA – 300 Hospital St, NHC HealthCare Moulton

Position Overview

NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. The role includes overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate work performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure patient care follows policies and procedures.
• Carry out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
• Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
• Monitor resident lab schedule and results.
• Monitor 24‑hour report sheets and follow up accordingly.

Qualifications

• BSN, ASN or other graduate from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Participates in continuing education and maintains current licensure requirements.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in Ventilator Unit, Critical Care or Special Care.
