Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in the Phoenix area.

You will follow the physician-driven plan of care, administer medications and therapies, document nursing actions, and coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per the physician’s plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
