Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Chapel Hill, NC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $65,000

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a difference in patients’ and families’ lives.

Job Duties

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents at home, following the active care plan provided by physicians and staff.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate family members to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
