Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and medications as permitted by state regulations.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies within RN scope of practice and state regulations.
