Regency Hermiston is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide medication assistance and comprehensive nursing services in a resident-focused setting. The role includes training staff, supervising care, and maintaining a home-like environment while adhering to state regulations.

Qualificações

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
