Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director and lead the team in implementing programs and maintaining a compliant medication system. You will foster positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to regulations.

You will supervise staff, provide training, conduct daily quality reviews, and coordinate activities of daily living assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
• Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team setting and to provide strong customer service.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to clearly communicate in English; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; present to a small group or one-on-one.
• Must perform simple calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Position requires driving and may use company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing when needed; maintain staggered RSD schedule.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff; ongoing training to current staff.
• Establish and maintain a medication system adhering to all regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to policy and health and safety codes for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads, staff, and Executive Director.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services as needs change.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and report safety or quality issues to RSD/Executive Director.
• May perform other duties as needed.
