Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is provided with dignity.
• Perform assessments at admission, 30 days post-admission, every 6 months, or as needed.
• Notify and coordinate with Director of Nursing/Administrator on significant changes.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Supervise care staff and schedule nursing/resident care staff.
