Allure of Peru in Peru, Illinois is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our resident-centered care team. You will administer medications, assess residents, mentor CNAs, and document care while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills and resident-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
