Job summary

Allure of Peru is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Peru, Illinois. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents, promote safety, and create a welcoming, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and resident-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
