Allure of Peru in Peru, Illinois is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team. You’ll administer medications, assess residents, supervise CNAs, and maintain meticulous records in a supportive, resident-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
