Job summary

Azria Health Longview is currently seeking an experienced RN/LPN for a full-time night shift (6p-6a) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years. The role focuses on restorative care and collaborating with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care to our seniors.

Ideal candidates hold a current IA RN/LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and prior LTC experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in IA.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents as part of a coordinated care team.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure timely updates.
• Support resident comfort and safety during night shifts.

Requirements:

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of IA
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
