Job summary

Azria Health in Woodbine, IA, is seeking a Full Time LPN/RN for the Evening Shift (2pm–10pm). The successful candidate will hold a current LPN or RN license and bring enthusiasm for restorative care, clear communication with the clinical team, and a passion for helping residents feel secure and valued.

Successful team members will have a current license, an enthusiastic attitude, a love for helping provide restorative care to our residents, and a desire to learn and grow with our company. We want professional nurses who are comfortable in reassuring residents and families, and able to effectively and efficiently communicate with the clinical team at all times.
