Job summary

Azria Health in Mediapolis, IA is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. The position is full-time with a 6:00a-6:00p shift, and requires a current RN or LPN license. We offer benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Successful candidates will provide restorative care, reassure residents and families, and communicate effectively with the clinical team to support our residents’ well-being.
