Job summary

Azria Health is seeking an experienced RN or LPN for a full-time position in Winterset, IA to provide quality care for our Senior residents.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Candidates must hold a valid RN or LPN license, have LTC experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Point Click Care experience is a plus.

• Current RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience in a Long Term Care facility is required.
