Join the MercyOne Family! We are hiring RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant positions at the MercyOne Centerville Clinic.

As a RN/LPN/Medical Assistant at MercyOne, you will support providers by creating a timely patient flow, ensuring a positive customer experience, and caring for clinic patients. You will support patient and family needs, recognize and assess urgent/emergency needs, and initiate appropriate procedures.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and utilize healthcare team members in assessing the patient.
• Manage electronic medical records following clinic procedures.
• Evaluate patient understanding of treatment plans and assist with procedures and exams.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and document all interactions accurately.

Schedule:

• Full Time Days

General Requirements:

RN

• Current RN license issued by the State of Iowa.
• Preferred clinic/physician office experience.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

LPN

• Current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
• Preferred clinic/physician office experience.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Medical Assistant

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Medication Aide certification if applicable.
• Preferred clinic/physician office experience.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Education:

• RN: Near completion of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN: Near completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Medical Assistant: Near completion of an accredited Medical Assistance program.
