The incumbent will complete administrative duties such as charting, admissions, transfers and discharges, and participate in surveys while maintaining a warm, calm, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants.
• Complete administrative functions including charting, surveys, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment.
