Job summary

Gritman Medical Center, Inc. in Moscow, Idaho seeks a registered nurse to administer medications and deliver direct patient care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

You will educate patients and families, support learning for students and new nurses, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a flexible, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Direct patient assessments (age-appropriate) and care planning.
• RN licensure in Idaho or compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in administration of medications, fluids, and blood via injections through multiple access methods.
• Develop and implement patient care plans; monitor and adjust outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients and families in care planning.
• Report patient status to physicians and obtain care orders.
• Provide education to patients and families; accommodate learning needs.
• Educate and mentor students, novice nurses, and peers.
• Promote opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth.
