Job summary

Greencroft Communities is hiring for a full-time RN or LPN to join our night team at Walnut Hills, providing safe, compassionate care during overnight hours. You’ll build relationships with residents, administer medications, monitor changes, and collaborate with CNAs and the care team.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment. Night and weekend differentials apply, with shift options to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the care team.
• A compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with CNAs and other team members.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ health and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs while promoting a positive team environment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive dignity, respect, comfort, and quality care.

What You’ll Do
