Greencroft Communities’ Walnut Hills facility in Ohio is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a part-time role with day or evening shifts. Earn $35.80–$40.66/hour for RNs and $31.21–$35.45/hour for LPNs, plus a $1.50/hour evening shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Supervise and support CNAs as part of a collaborative care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents and ensure they receive dignity, respect, and quality care.

What You’ll Do
